Joe Halbmaier

Joe is a certified Lean Master from Toyota. He has worked at Fortune 100 companies, such as Toyota, and Primesource Building Products.  Over the past 25 years as an internal resource, he has led multimillion-dollar initiatives in office, distribution, and warehouse environments. His development and use of the “Model Facility” change management process has been successfully deployed in company sites and networks to impact customer, employee and business experience metrics. This process emphasizes the “shop floor’s” importance to gain trust and confidence of new standardized processes, reporting, visual controls, communications, and DC/Warehouse evaluation results.   

 Joe has practiced his skills in a variety of roles—from entry-level associate to senior executive. He has worked with Private equity Groups, CEOs, executive teams, and hourly-employee teams in many industries based on his expertise in warehouse and distribution center environments to drive sustainable and measurable results.   Because of the broad nature of his experience in roles of increasing size and scope, he has gained a strong skill set as team leader, coach and mentor who delivers high level results through teams and motivational leadership.  

Joe served as the as the Vice President of Network Operations for Primesource Building Products where he led the restructuring of 34 distribution sites(5M sq. ft.)  to a cost center structure operations teams to drive process improvement and standardization.
